Junior Order Fulfillment Agent with English

Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław is looking for Junior Order Fulfillment Agent to join the newly created Order Fulfillment Command Center Team.

The person in this position will join the Order Fulfilment team and be responsible for processing orders in a timely manner and monitoring their status in line with a standardized and high-performing servicing process.

The Junior Order Fulfilment Agent maintains responsibility for receiving and processing BD customers’ orders, checking their delivery status, and resolving order-related issues in cooperation with partners.

  • Proficient in English and basic knowledge of second European language (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch)
  • Bachelor or Master degree preferred but not required
  • Communication and team-working skills
  • Attention to detail & accuracy in following the process
  • Willingness to learn and openness to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Proactive approach and a ‘can-do' attitude
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, like MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience in customer-facing organizations will be a plus
