Billing Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• The Global Fee Billing Unit has responsibility for the annual, quarterly and adhoc invoicing for all fTrust International clients. We are seeking individuals who can support the team in all duties related to invoice generation and reviews
• Preparation of invoicing package, including retrieval of supporting documents stored in electronic format
• Invoice generation and analytical review of invoices for Trust clients
• Other duties related to supporting the billing function

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills (working under time pressure and managing tight deadlines) and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good command of English, with ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and present information in a clear and concise manner
• Prior professional experience in finance/accounting (2 years minimum), desirably in a banking sector
• Strong attention to detail and persistence in problem solving
• Strong Microsoft office experience
