IT Service Coordinator (German-speaking regions)

Your tasks

• 2nd level support and close cooperation with application and process managers
• Further development of internal processes and support of the specialist departments in on-going digitization processes
• Collaboration in international IT projects and implementation of small IT infrastructure projects
• Close cooperation with other specialized departments & interfaces, as well as the IT department of the parent company
• Support and rollout of industry-specific software and hardware for the customization of our hearing solutions

Your profile

• Completed IT education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of support and/or maintenance of applications
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory
• Database and network knowledge
• High service, quality and customer orientation
• Very good communication and team skills
• Distinct understanding of problems and solution competence
• Willingness to travel within Austria / after Covid/
• Fluent in German and English is a must
