Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary:

The candidate will join the Portfolio Services Team and play an integral role in a client-dedicated team for rent management activities on the Client’s global real estate portfolio.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Payments preparation and reconciliation
  • Allocation review
  • Verification and posting of invoices
  • Preparation and Validation of financial reports
  • Analysis of financial documents (statements and invoices) in terms of vendors and financial data
  • Cooperation with external clients (including query resolution and account reconciliations)
  • Ad-hoc reports preparation
  • IFRS Support
  • Cooperation with other departments based in Poland and abroad
  • Adherence to internal and external audit requirements
  • Systematic analysis of documents received. Analysis of costs and deviations between actual and plan. Explanation of differences where relevant
  • Service charge reconciliation preparation
  • Responding to Landlord queries on phone and via e-mail
  • Participation in improvement projects to support process enhancements and streamlining
  • Proactive support of a Team Leader and Client Accountant’s support
  • Acting as a Team Leader’s Back-up

Perfect candidate profile:

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must (any other language is an advantage)
  • Education in Economics, Accounting or Finance
  • Put strong attention to details and have very good organisational skills
  • Reliable and committed
  • Your professional experience in rent management / Accounts Payable processes is a must
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Capability to adapt to a quickly changing and demanding environment
  • You should be interested in Commercial Real Estate
