Associate Business Manager

Your role:

In our continuously growing Business Unit, we are looking for a talented Sales Specialist who will help us to take our BU to the next level.


You will be responsible for taking care of our clients and extending our services. You will act as a Line Manager for our Sii Power People and you will recruit our candidates for interesting IT projects.

Your tasks:

  • Recruiting and managing a team of IT engineers
  • Cooperating with Recruitment Department in terms of employing and searching for the best candidates
  • Maintaining professional contact with candidates and building good relationships with them
  • Building great and long-term relationships with customers
  • Being responsible for achieving sales KPI’s
  • Supporting implementation of effective strategies aiming at developing business and winning against competitors

Your skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT recruitment or at IT sales positions
  • Very good English skills (minimum B2)
  • Attitude for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Determination and ambition to achieve targets
  • Ability to plan and organize own workflow and team’s work, prioritize tasks, and focus on timeliness of problem-solving
  • Openness, excellent communication skills
  • Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility for the customer
