Delivery Manager (People & HR)

Your responsibilities:
  • expanding the network of ReX Partners ( development of existing structure in Poland and building new ones abroad)
  • managing ReX Partners: onboarding, motivation and development, controlling of fluctuation rate, building effective information flow scheme)
  • recognition of ReX Recruiters’ needs and translating it into platform’s functions
  • development of ReX Academy (educational platform based on moodle)
  • monitoring of ReX Recruiters activities on projects and analysis of their KPIs
  • developing culture of business sharing and lead generation
  • building the development strategy and levels of accesses for ReX Recruiters
  • building system of additional rewards and bonuses
  • active participation in building ReX Platform functions aiming at excellence and constant development of functions and availability
  • managing, validation and administration of ReX Recruiters’ contracts

Our requirements: 

  • highly developed skills in managing decentralized structures (planning, prioritization, monitoring, organization of own work, and others)
  • highly developed skills of coordinating many projects at the same time, ability to plan effectively and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • highly developed skills in building interpersonal relationships, including cooperation in an international environment, very people and service-oriented, high attention to detail
  • strong analytical and critical thinking skills to enable you to look for alternative solutions when facing challenges
  • innovation and proactivity, aptitude for work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
  • ability to think with solutions and concentration on solving problems,
  • negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and self-awareness
  • fluency in English
  • excellent organizational skills,
  • excellent communication skills to feel comfortable when collaborating with a number of different ReX Partners over the phone or email
  • knowledge of a second and more foreign language will be an advantage.
  • knowledge of the recruitment industry will be an advantage
