Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst

What will you do?

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst to reinforce our HCM Cloud team.

In this role, you will be working closely together with a small team to design, configure and maintain Oracle HCM solutions for our international customers
You feel comfortable presenting to business and IT people in workshops and conference room pilot sessions, you can map the HCM business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud configuration options, and you can then help to build and test the new configuration

Throughout all phases of the project, you will ensure a suitable balance between business needs and product limitations
Along your career as Oracle Cloud Applications consultant, challenging opportunities and responsibilities will be given to manage and lead teams, to participate in presales and sales activities, and to serve as Oracle applications subject matter expert within the Accenture organization, serving global and local customers across all industries
