As Payroll Compliance Specialist you will be working closely with the payroll and compliance team, ensuring that the payroll operations function and its processes are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What will you be doing?

• Facing business and knowledge base for compliance issues, compliance overview and tracking,
• Supporting compliance audits,
• Working with vendors to resolve any statutory issues,
• Establishing and helping in implementation of internal control mechanisms,
• Conducting training for the payroll organization,
• Checking statutory mailbox.

Who are you?

• You already have some experience in control related environment
• You have excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• You are able to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
