Duties & Responsibilities

  •   Accounting
    - Archiving of invoices from the site
    - Arranging agreements
    - Making monthly reports (cash reports, card settlements, timesheet)
    - Cooperation with employees of Main office
     
  •  Administration
    - Scheduling meetings and appointments between contractors
    - Get phone calls and e-mails
    - Making documents concerning agreements
    - Support to employees of the site
    - Taking care of office suppliers

Job qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in college or university in Poland
  • communication in English 
  • Native polish
  • Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel & Word )
