HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
- HR Administration
- HR reporting - Lead the HR reporting including statutory KPI, business case, ad hoc business requests, budgets and costs tracking, recruitment master file its completeness and correctness
- Ensuring onboarding (hiring in SAP, personal information data entries, singing contracts with new joiners, enrollment to medical care program)
- Ongoing - HR documentation is up to date and complete (eg. employment contracts, EHS, medical checkups) along with templates updates, access to employees via document repository
- Administration of time management (holidays, overtime tracking)
- Payroll administration
- Preparing and submitting required paperwork to payroll for new employees, promotions, transfers, etc.
- Follow-up with employees and managers on HR related documents or data
- Coordination with an external provider an accurate and compliant payroll
- Benefits invoice reconciliations
- Travel and min wage process
- Leading e2e process incl. cooperation with external vendor
- Assisting employees in travel procedures, travel advancements and cost reimbursements
- Monitor both internal procedures (Management Handbook) changes in this area

- Coordinating e2e recruitment process for assigned organization
- Coordinate the hiring cycle both from process and system perspective (approval path, job posting, recruitment strategy, screening process, interviews scheduling)
- Provide required data timely and with accuracy into recruitment data base management
- Other Assisting employees with HR related questions regarding benefits, policies and other concerns
- Lead quality topics for assigned area along with audits checks document control execution
- Taking part in HR related projects

Your qualifications:
- Min. 2 year years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment
- Experience in personal, travel management and payroll administration
- Experience in HR reporting (regular and ad hoc requests)
- Very good knowledge and experience in MS Office usage
- Basic knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP) and willingness to become familiar with new tools
- Very good English language skills
- Organizational talent with strong skills in communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation
- Open for change and dynamic working environment
- Able to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach
