Your responsibility

• Diagnosing business needs
• Development and preparatin of periodic reports and analyzes
• Reporting and Interpretation and evaluation of indicators in the area of ​​HR / recruitment / sales / marketing;
• Co-creation of a tools to facilitate information transfer, presentation, information flow;
• Support in the preparation of data for the internal needs of the organization;
• Performing ad-hoc analyzes and presentations as needed
• Close cooperation with a team based in Germany
• Possible remote or office work

• Higher education - preferred fields of study: mathematics, econometrics, quantitative methods, IT or related,
• Excel skills (e.g. creating macros)
• Ability to analyze data and prepare summaries
• Experience in the BI tool
• Database creation
• Creating dashboards
• knowledge of Table is welcome
• Math skills
• A passion for numbers / data / facts
• German C1 - daily cooperation with the German team
• English B2
