Product Manager In Private Equity Team (Marketing Materials Specialist)

We are looking for a detail oriented person with outstanding communication skills to manage and take ownership of the marketing material approving process for private equity funds. In your role you will be managing:

• Coordination and project lead of getting marketing materials for Private Equity Feeder Funds approved globally.
• Support Investor Relations and sales functions in getting client presentations approved for distribution.
• Coordinate with legal department, translation services and design services.
• Maintain Intranet with relevant Fund Offering material.

The Private Equity team located in Zurich, New York and Wroclaw. The Private Equity Group is within the Investment Solutions and Products organization of the Sustainability, Research and Investment division. The team’s mandate is to originate, structure and place Private Equity solutions globally. We are looking for:

• Min. 2 years of proven and relevant experience, ideally in a Marketing function or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Basic understanding of investment products (e.g. Private Equity Funds) would be a plus
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to manage work independently combined with entrepreneurial work ethic and excellent attention to details.
• Results-oriented individual with outstanding problem solving capabilities, and possess positive, can-do attitude.
