Senior Business Analyst

 Job scope:

Your main goal will be to support decision making proceses within brand by providing on time, consistent, impactful and accurate management information.

 Your challenges:

• Preparation of financial and management analysis required to support business decision making processes including commentary of results,                                           
• Analyzing financial information, identifying reasons of variances to budget or benchmarks and providing Senior Managers with meaningful explanation,           
• Leading projects with focus on improving profitability and identifying threats for company's financial results,
• Actively participating in a preparation of Annual Operation Plan and long term forecasts,
• Creating business models and recommendation for investment,
• Being responsible for creating reports and initiate alignment between countries,        
• Supporting business in preparation of periodical reports by leading training sessions regarding financial reports and tools and coaching operations managers.

 Your skills & experience:

• University degree – preferably Finance, Economy
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Min. 3 years of experience on similar positions - preferable in brand management, planning & analysis
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of recognized ERP software and/or SAP/Power BI will be an advantage
• High level of positive energy
