Order management with foreign languages

What will be your responsibilities?

• Responsibility for the full product management process (end2end), from preparing and creating offers to issuing invoices and checking receivables
• Handling inquiries regarding orders, payments and product specifications
• Full coordination of transport and orders from the supplier to the customer
• Close cooperation with the production, logistics, sales and finance departments
• Maintaining relationships with business customers and suppliers

What competences should you have?

• Experience in the field of managing orders or product management
• Knowledge of English and another foreign language
• Efficient computer use and knowledge of MS Office software
• Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve problems
• Practical knowledge of the SAP system - nice to have
