Customer Service Representative with Danish
Solenis is currently looking for Customer Service Representative with fluency in Danish to join our team in Warsaw.
This is an office-based opportunity in Solenis SSC in Warsaw, and our new employee will begin their work in our brand new office near Rondo Daszynskiego M2 station.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, enter, and manage customer orders - from order receipt to shipment of product and any returns (after sales service)
- Respond to routine customer inquiries concerning orders
- Track the status of orders, communicate issues and solutions
- Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs
- Support organization in optimization transport and logistic projects
- Claims receiving from customers
- Proactive work to solve customers’ complaints
- Giving feedback to customers regarding the status of complaints

- Fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken
- Customer and service oriented attitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Affinity with administrative activities;
- Team player, multitasking ability;
- Experienced in using Microsoft Windows applications and ERP Systems preferably SAP.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios;
- Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills .
