Raw Ingredient Materials Planning Associate

• KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  To support the Planning department with Coordination of Internal Subsidiary Shipment proces of Raw Ingredients to other Avon locations including:

  • shipment control : control of preparation of consignment and micromanagement of availability of all materials and required documentation, Shipments status tracking with forwarders
  • reporting connected with REACh, ERA (Energy Regulatory Authority) international trade volume tracking
  • support of the managers in ad-hoc reporting tasks

TODAY YOU HAVE:

• very good command of English (miniumum B2 level, both written and oral)
• analytical skills (ability to gather data from many sources, carry out a research, draw conclusions and make recommendations)
• organizational skills & process control experience
• attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
• good communication skills,
• openness to new challenges and fast learner;
