We are now searching for an Office Administrative Employee who will help us design and execute operational processes, supporting the team in its further growth.
Responsibilities:
• Making sure the office remains in a good and professional condition (e.g. managing office supplies, cleaning services)
• Preparation and archiving company contracts with suppliers, contractors and employees based on legal templates
• Cooperation with external accounting and law firms
• Supporting new staff recruitment and onboarding processes
