Engineering Manager (remote)

Our Customer is one of the Europe’s leaders in the health & wellbeing sector. Due to their rapid growth, they are now looking for an experienced Leader who will help them achieve next technological milestone.

Responsibilities:

• Co-create and execute the technological strategy
• Lead a team of 12 engineers
• Oversee projects logistics and resource allocation
• Act as an evangelist of good practices
• Constantly improve and re-refine if needed the technological vision

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong backend
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Leadership, teambuilding, and mentoring skills
• Backend: Python
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, pylint, GIT, Jenkins, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
• Nice to haves: Flask, Docker, React, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ
