Kyc/aml Team Leader

For our client, a world's leading investment bank, we are currently looking for candidates to work in the positoin of a Team Leader for a KYC/AML Team (Operations). Candidates are also expected to present expert's knowledge in the given field.

Main duties will include:

• team management - approx. 8 people
• providing process oversight and ensuring compliance with KYC regulations and requirements - client onboarding process
• initiate process improvement actions
• dealing with escalations and providing resolutions

Requirements:

• higher education
• 6+ years of experience in KYC/AML within banking environment
• people management experience
• experience in client management and service
• fluency in MS Office
• fluency in BI tools preferred (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Alteryx)
