Junior HR Advisor with German

For one of our Client, an international company which has a SSC structures built in Krakow, we are looking for candidates for the position of Junior HR Advisor with German. You will have the possibility to become a part of newly created team.
Responsibilities:

• Preparing all HR documentation (from hire to retire)
• Supporting managers about procedures and internal solutions
• Processing data input to the systems
• Answering for employees questions by mail and phone
• Supporting other HR teams

Requirements:

• University degree or student (full time availability)
• Very good knowledge of German (min C1)
• Communicative knowledge of English (min B1)
• Corporate experience, customer service experience will be an adventage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
