Basic Requirements

  • IT operations and support (ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications).
  • 2+ years of support Linux systems. 
  • 2+ years of Windows OS experience.
  • Experience with MS SQL, MySQL databases.
  • Responsible for organizing, modifying, and supporting Application systems.
  • Understanding of firewalls, LANs, and network background.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the desire to find the root of a problem and propose solutions.
  • Good to have on hands application support experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, Zabbix, monitoring tools, etc.
  • On-call rotation for off-hour support.
