Sales Manager - Poland

For our further expansion for Poland, we are looking for hard woring, smart and talented sales manager. 

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual, who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Willing to travel and visit customers in Poland and is very hard working in finding new potencial customers and engaging them, to use our products.

Its an advantage to have experience in selling of Sensors, Electronic Components, Test Probes, Test Fixtures, Test Modules or other test equipment for PCBA, Electronics Manufacturing or Cable Harness Industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Visit and develop personal relation with our existing customers in Poland
  • Indentify and find new customers constantly
  • Daily B2B visits and introduction of our products and technologies
  • Regular Online meetings with customers if can not visit
  • Regular reporting to the management
  • Work as full-time employee in Equip-Test or working with contract

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales or Engineering
  • 5+ years of sales experience of technical products selling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills on English
  • Native Polish

 

Language Skills:

  • Fluent English
  • Native Polish
  • Other langue like German, Russian, Swedish, Lithuanian, are an advantage, but not a must
