Production Leader/ Production Manager

your tasks

  • Lead and supervise production team to develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems
  • Manage and evaluate all resources (people & machinery) to ensure expected productivity level and minimize downtimes
  • Direct involvement in design, implementation & optimization of production layout
  • Implement & monitor production processes & documentation
  • Actively support sourcing and outsourcing activities
  • Close cooperation with other company sites to ensure a smooth transfer of production and knowledge
  • Assign, train, develop and supervise work of assembly department
  • Work on a daily basis with ERP System to ensure correct reporting of production processes
  • True continuous production processes analyses improve productivity, material flow & cost level
  • Ensure application of Lean philosophy & tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, PokaYoke, TPM, Standardized work, Kanban, etc.) to optimize production processes
  • Ensure new products are fully implemented in line with company procedures and specifications
  • Work closely with Quality & Engineering Department to ensure products conformity
  • Investigate together with Engineering Team new materials and processes to create a space for product cost improvement
  • Develop, implement & monitor KPIs to ensure all targets and goals are fully met
  • Drive corrective actions within the area of responsibility
  • Provide input and technical advice to strategic projects and business cases
  • Support change management process regarding new products, procedures, and standards
  • Operate in line with company policies and procedures with focus on quality management system, company ethic & culture and harmonization with Group Compliance programs
  • Work with the Companys health, safety and environment rules & policies

  • Bachelors degree technical
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant position
  • Process & products re-location experience
  • Layout design & optimization practical experience
  • Analytical & mathematical mind with capability to evaluate and solve complex problems
  • Quality system implementation skills will be an asset
  • NPI process knowledge, skills & experience
  • Lean production philosophy practical knowledge & skills
  • International company work environment experience
  • Organizational competencies and project management skills
  • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask & act in a timeline-driven environment
  • English advanced
