Project Manager (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from business, helping to structure documents;
  • Performing feasibility analysis, preparing BRD based on the discussion with internal Stakeholders and external service providers (e.g. American Express);
  • Engage IT to discuss BRD and correct them if needed;
  • Document the project and provide the required docs for official JIRA upload;
  • Experience with Concur would be an asset;
  • Liaise with EMEA Program Leads coordinating the project for EU and its Branches;
  • Liaise with Staff Expenses Operational Team to ensure Ops BAU is considered in the scope of project and included in BRD;
  • Liaise with external Vendor (Concur, Amex) if the need be to reassess changes to

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in PMO role including project documentation preparation, reviews, etc.
  • Should have the knowledge of the project documentation methodology - how to structure BRD, project charters, etc.;
  • Working knowledge on staff expense queries would be an asset;
  • Able to interact with the business stakeholders for business requirement gathering and fitting them into the official BRD;
  • Clearly and concisely, communicate status of all assigned tasks to the project team, stakeholders and management.
  • Strong PMO skills and English speaking skills
