Regional Sales Manager
Position Objectives
Deliver incremental, profitable and sustainable sales growth in multiple channels according to company operating plans.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Understand the vision and strategies and implement to the field.
- Achieve sales, recruiting, and leadership development goals.
- Analyse, understand and manage all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Embrace Company strategies: Plan and facilitate workshops, meetings, and calls which are focused on developing leadership in the field. (Inspire, train, retain, motivate).
- Develop goals with Leaders and Managers to align with the Operating Plan and strategic initiatives.
- Identify, coach, and develop Sales Force Leaders to build career plans.
- Implement recognition to motivate and drive sales leadership to higher level of performance and advancement.
- Maximise the effectiveness of promotions and sales programs through involvement with Marketing. Work with leaders to launch monthly sales plans, determine specific goals for promotional and push periods and create energy and excitement in the Sales Field.
- Know the market, understand consumers and sales force well in order to provide value added input to for company development strategies and Marketing Department planning.
- Develop new business selling channels in retail and actively search for B2B opportunities.
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of product line and demonstrable products.
- Manage budget to quarterly and annual objectives.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in FMCG sector retail or direct selling environment.
- Experience in social selling, digital selling tools application and e-commerce knowledge required.
- Experience in relationship selling a benefit.
- University courses/degree advantageous.
