Always Simple.Training and Awareness The Training and Awareness (T&A) team is responsible for fostering a data-ready, security-aware and resilient culture that protects the Bank and our clients. It does this through creating risk-based, targeted campaigns for ICS, Data and Privacy, Resilience and 3rd Party Risk, to drive behavior change amongst employees, executives, third parties and customers. The team drives the design, development, deployment and enablement of delivery via virtual, instructor-led, and digital campaigns, enabled by global awareness communities of practice, based on employees' roles and risk types. Their remit spans general employee awareness, role-based training, executive engagement, phishing awareness and simulation exercises, field enablement, communications, assessing and remediating behaviour change, and T&A risk reporting, operations and strategy. Main Purpose of Role:You will be responsible for developing and managing the digital solutions and platforms needed to engage Bank-wide audiences for TDR-related training and awareness. You are a digital native with a natural intuition for design and technology, coupled with a strategic mindset. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity, get excited by solving complex problems and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get things done. You will have the chance to partner with all team leads on multiple awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design training and awareness content for all TDR campaigns and training initiatives. This includes: hands on ability to create videos, podcasts, learning journeys, creative concepts, personas, user journeys, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual design mockups and prototypes - for digital and instructor led content.
- Rationalise all T&A materials, defining key core content per topic
- Develop and manage a new one-stop hub for TDR T&A to create a seamless end-to-end digital user experience for anyone wanting to learn about Cyber, Data and Privacy, Resilience and Third arty
- Manage cyber helpdesk 'AskCyberGuru' on the Bank's intranet - rebrand and revamp for 2021
- Lead the content management for digital resources - work with programme/content owners in the T&A team to refresh/retire and migrate content.
- Increase user engagement and improve client journey experience across digital platforms
- Manage and enhance all existing digital touchpoints owned by T&A across Bank internal platforms
- Work with programme owners and comms lead to ensure that messaging and content are up-to-date across all digital spaces.
- Support initiative/programme owners and work with vendors to onboard and integrate T&A platforms and tooling (i phishing and real-time learning platform, behaviour analysis and measurement dashboard, etc.)
- Work with internal teams (Learning, People Capability, Automation, etc.) and external partners (start-ups, industry organisations) to explore innovative and cutting-edge technology (eg. tooling/platforms, gamification, simulations, etc.) to improve T&A go-to-market.
- Assess, measure and track the efficacy of digital content delivery across internal platforms - reach, engagement sttas
- Facilitate team collaboration and digital efficiency through appropriate digital tools and spaces.
- Prepare research and testing, map customer journeys, develop service blueprints, design desirable and feasible solutions for complex products and services and make opportunities tangible for multiple audiences
- Construct quick interactive prototypes with initial, low fidelity visual designs that illustrate UXUI design comprehensive usability, functional with modern effects, animations, and transitions as appropriate, that present a realistic feel of the intended experience
- Provide appropriate specs and requirements to vendors as required to ensure that designs are properly implemented.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Someone who is passionate about behaviour, culture and the human aspect of cyber security risk
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in digital solution development, internal/external communications, marketing, cross-cultural communications, training/development, branding and/or corporate writing, in a corporate and/or creative agency environment. Multinational experience is a plus, especially Banking sector
- A Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Design, Communications, Mass Communications, Marketing Communications or related field preferred but not essential. Extended years of advanced web development/marketing/training/awareness experience may be considered in lieu.
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, design process, and solutions for web and mobile applications
- Understanding of technology capabilities such as HTML, CSS and frontend technologies
- Experience developing and maintaining websites or digital solutions
- A competent level of understanding of data and privacy, information and cyber security principles
- Impeccable communications skills, advanced business writing/publishing skills essential. Use of social media/digital platforms an advantage. Preferably in the technology space
- Preferred: UX research and testing experience
- Preferred: experience in data analysis, using tooling and data for trending and insights especially related to employee campaigns
- Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at appropriate level
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments with a proactive mindset
