About this opportunity
Welcome to the Talent Acquisition PL team.We add value by proactively attracting and approaching potential candidates with a mission to find a perfect fit for them and for Nordea. For us, every hiring decision has a great impact on Norde. Therefore, we strive to be talent advisors toward the business, providing high quality sparring at every step of the recruitment process.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating great candidate experience
- Supporting Recruiters with all recruitment related tasks
- Advising and supporting hiring people leaders
- Proactively participating in continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition area
You’ll join a multinational team of dedicated people. The role is based in Łódź.
