Supplier Risk Manager / Procurement Excellence With German

Description

• Further development of the purchasing strategy and supplier risk aligned with the requirements of stakeholders and business partners
• Managing cross-function projects in the fields of process designing, process improvement and process migration
• Cooperation with senior leaders across business areas
• Preparation of ad hoc analysis for senior management team
• Controls budget realization in the area of his/her responsibility
• Sets and manages realistic targets
• Leading a team of master data specialist
• Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual and team performance
• Participates in selecting and hiring new staff members
• Planning individual's and team tasks over time

Profile

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Procurement and similar positions
• Very good knowledge of German (min. B2)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B1)
• Knowledge of process improvement and standardization methodology and tools such as Lean management, Kaizen, Six Sigma
• Experience in leading a team
• Excellent user knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SAP R3) and a strong analytical talent (PowerQuery, PowerBI knowledge is an advantage).
• Experience in the SSC/BPO industry will be an asset
