Outsourced Process Vendor Analyst
A Day in the Life
In this position, you will be able to use a perfect mix of analytical and data-oriented skills combined with soft skills such as relationship management between Vendor and internal stakeholders, performing a significant role in process coordination activities.Resposibilities:
- Work together with a team in performing as a functional bridge between external Vendor (Factory & Tower Leads) and internal stakeholders within different Medtronic Factories (Value Stream Leaders, Lab Leads),
- Ensuring to track, measure, evaluate and report Vendor performance to management as required based on KPIs, CPIs and other agreed deliverables,
- Monitoring progress of contractual agreements for all Vendor’s functions and flagging operational and commercial risks if needed,
- Troubleshooting all Vendor problems and presenting to management as required with a solution-focused approach
- Supporting the Medtronic Vendor Manager in contract management, financial management, relationship management, performance management, issue management, deliverables tracking, executive and operational vendor reporting and other governance & ad-hoc activities arising in the lifecycle of the contract

- Education in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing external vendors/customers or in procurement
- Fluent in English
- Process coordination experience
- Great presentation skills & Excel literacy
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented & problem solving approach
- Negotiations skills
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with GDPR & QMS system
- Previous experience in project management area
- Knowledge of medical sector
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial aspects of vendor/customer management
