Junior Banking Operations Specialist

Your Future responsibilities on this position:

• Responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Reconciles breaks between the books of the Company and counterparties
• Communicates professionally and constructively with internal and external contacts to effectively resolve any trade issues in order to minimize risk and exposure
• Participates in new enhancement testing and rollouts to increase productivity and improve accuracy
• Escalates high exposure items and non-standard cases, works with management towards meeting resolution
• Challenges all processes, procedures and practices to increase efficiency
• Prepares and distributes all required reports
