Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities and Tasks:

You will be working in a modern office space, recruiting IT experts  who will innovate and develop state-of-the-art technology solutions, enabling us to connect the world across the oceans even faster in the future.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact in the field of recruitment
  • Setting up and executing recruitment strategy for all departments in Knowledge Center
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key cross functional stakeholders internally
  • Managing full-life cycle of recruitment activities
  • Ensuring that the new hires are recruited as per the process in defined turnaround time
  • Conducting HR round of interviews
  • Defining Internal Job Posting (IJP) process and promoting the same
  • Producing reports on recruitment activities
  • Monitoring trends on the market - undertaking mapping projects and market research
  • Managing relationship with the 3rd party vendor
  • Leading a new Talent Acquisition team
  • Supporting employer branding activities 
  • Supporting HRBP in developing Talent Development Program and Onboarding

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+years of full-cycle experience in the IT recruitment/talent acquisition area with a focus on IT recruitment
  • Higher education (preferred fields of study: sociology, psychology, HR or similar)
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels of organization
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • PC literacy in MS office -Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • High integrity and ownership
  • Well-structured approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good prioritization and coordination skills
