Technology Support - Specialist

Key Accountabilities
  • Work with the development product owner to deliver 1st/2nd line support for bug fixing and change requests;
  • Change in the workflow configuration of the system, including account management, screening question management and multi-language management;
  • Perform some minor customization for changes such as form UI, email templates, document templates;
  • Resolve complex queries with excellent troubleshooting skills;
  • Ensure all tickets and queries that come into the team are accurately and securely processed within the ticketing system to agreed SLA’s;
  • Provide support in other areas of the team and work on ad hoc projects as required.

Skills & Experience
  • Understanding requirement analysis;
  • Good communication skills; you should be able to analyze and discuss issues in the software when completing support tickets;
  • Programming logic;
  • A programming language (.NET is preferable);
  • Database query language (MSSQL is preferable);
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Proactive problem-solving skills;
  • Strong IT skills and computer literacy;
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
