Group COO organization is strengthening the global Audit and Controls team in Wroclaw, by adding a further dedicated Audit & Controls Specialist role to support to Group COO. This role will give you an opportunity to establish a solid platform for next step in career development and will provide you with an insight into IT, Audit & Controls.

  • In this dynamic position you will contribute to the successful delivery of the services performed by the Group COO organization and GCIO Audit & Controls team.
  • Support production and distribution of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to Group COO and GCIO Management Committee Meetings.
  • Keep accurate metrics and statuses for data from the tools.
  • Weekly update of audit trackers to ensure timely issues and actions compliance.
  • Assist in the various tasks for regulatory programs, internal audits and SOX programs.
  • Communicate concerns or any unresolved non-compliance cases.
  • A chance to establish a bank-wide network by collaborating closely with various partners across divisions.
  • Manage work on a variety of ad hoc projects and initiatives for the GCIO organization.

We are looking for the following skillset:

  • University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Business Information Technology, IT or related.
  • Interest or experience in the area of audit, controls and risk management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power Point and Share Point knowledge would be a plus.
  • Results-oriented with excellent problem solving skills and attention to details.
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, manipulation and visualization.
  • High accuracy standards are a must have.
  • Positive approach, “can do” attitude and ability to think and behave proactively.
