Junior Business Development Manager Outdoor and Handheld Thermography

Hikvision therefore requires the Junior Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks:

  • Develop Outdoor & Handheld thermography market, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
  • Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users
  • Presentation of the solution to potential customers
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
  • Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups
  • Assist consultants to specify projects
  • Position HIKVISION as the preferred product for consultants.
  • Prepare reports required by the management.

The Junior Business Development Manager – should have passion and experience for developing Thermography market by approaching and building solid relationship with both Distributors and End Users.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in Outdoor or Handheld thermography market, or relative BDM experiences.
  • Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
  • Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
  • Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish, both oral and written.
  • Solid skills in Outlook and related products.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
