Finance, HR & Administration Assistant (m / f / d)

In your daily tasks you will:

  • be responsible for AR, banking, reconciliations and accounting of logistics costs with focus on European entities
  • manage PR / PO Process
  • manage debtors and credits accounts (data bases, credit limits)
  • be responsible for credit management
  • support with cash forecasting
  • responsible for reporting in line with local and central requirements (Sales & HC / FTE reporting, HR & Legal reporting)
  • manage vehicle fleet parking facilities
  • calculate and manage travel costs
  • maintain digital contract and document space
  • administer personnel data (absence management and medical card, time management)
  • maintain training plan corresponding to the requirements of the QMS
  • support with monthly end / annual end / budget process
  • support with translational work
  • support with project implementation: SAP Receivables Management, Concur

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge in German (B2; C1) and English
  • Educational background in Finance & Administration
  • Experience in accounting (receivables, bank statements)
  • Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel (50% of working time during onboarding)
