Finance, HR & Administration Assistant (m / f / d)
In your daily tasks you will:
- be responsible for AR, banking, reconciliations and accounting of logistics costs with focus on European entities
- manage PR / PO Process
- manage debtors and credits accounts (data bases, credit limits)
- be responsible for credit management
- support with cash forecasting
- responsible for reporting in line with local and central requirements (Sales & HC / FTE reporting, HR & Legal reporting)
- manage vehicle fleet parking facilities
- calculate and manage travel costs
- maintain digital contract and document space
- administer personnel data (absence management and medical card, time management)
- maintain training plan corresponding to the requirements of the QMS
- support with monthly end / annual end / budget process
- support with translational work
- support with project implementation: SAP Receivables Management, Concur

Requirements:
- Good knowledge in German (B2; C1) and English
- Educational background in Finance & Administration
- Experience in accounting (receivables, bank statements)
- Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel (50% of working time during onboarding)
