Client Asset Control Analyst
We are currently looking for an analyst to join the Client Asset Control team in Wroclaw. You will be responsible for maintaining controls and process flows as captured in the firm’s Client Asset Risk & Control Framework. This entails documenting controls and processes, running the quarterly attestation process and supporting control testing. Also preparing MI and other administrative work to support the Client Asset Control Team Lead such as minute taking and inbox monitoring.
The role involves a lot of interaction and coordination with business partners across multiple business divisions and corporate levels. The right candidate will have both excellent written and verbal communication skills plus attention to detail. The role is also only minimally process driven.

Responsibilities include end to end ownership and coordination of the quarterly attestation process including pre and post checks, plus the resolutions of exceptions identified; documenting controls in accordance with the Firm’s standards and Visio process flows; transcribing meetings, recording and monitoring actions; supporting the London Control team with control testing, managing other reviews or ad-hoc administrative tasks as required and assisting with the continuous improvement of processes and controls operated by the team.

The overall purpose of the Client Asset Operations team is to ensure Credit Suisse complies with regulatory rules pertaining to the treatment and protection of client assets. The team consists of four sub-groups: Production, Governance, Oversight and Control. We are based in London, Dublin and Poland. Currently, Client Asset Operations are represented by 3 sub-teams in Wroclaw. We offer an opportunity to build a network of contacts across various departments and offices and gain valuable experience and unique knowledge by working in a regulatory environment that remains a key focus for the firm and financial regulators across Europe. You will be also offered cross training to develop further knowledge of the Client Asset related processes within the firm and expand responsibilities, as well as ensure business continuity. You will have opportunity to support the London Control team with other deliverables, leading to developing an in-depth knowledge and taking on additional responsibilities. - Ability to manage work independently, positive personality and be able to communicate well with a broad range of audiences.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English. Competent taking and producing meeting minutes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs especially SharePoint, Excel, Visio, Word, Power Point.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Be able to identify and implement improvements for control/efficiency gains.
- Proven experience in banking operations, risk management, audit, compliance or similar field and knowledge of client asset regulations is desired but not essential.
