HR Service Center Specialist
As part of the Process team within the Human Resources function, this role is primarily responsible for providing day-to-day support for AS&UX managers in areas of HR Workday administration, e.g. raising new job requsitions, processing transactions in the system.
The HR Service Centre Specialist demonstrates attention to detail, meeting quality standards and timeliness for assigned tasks, ensuring that all information is accurate, held and processed appropriately and confidentially.
Your role:

Perform HR transactions in the Workday system based on the received requests

Serve as the person of contact for Managers and local HR organizations in matters related to specific Workday transactions and job requisitions

Drive accuracy and discipline in the process

Gather process feedback and work on continuous improvement, updating guidelines and process as needed

Participate in process improvement projects

Build relationships with stakeholders by asking questions to understand their needs, gain information to solve problems and manage workload.

Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related
- Fluent in spoken and written English (B2+)
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with internal customers
- Ability to organize work and prioritizing – identify critical tasks, arrange them in a logical order, adjust plans if necessary
- Proactive approach, is able to work independently as well as staying curious to fill knowledge gaps
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Analytical skills, focused on details
- Nice to have: Workday user experience
