PMO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Duly capture and classify functional requirements from Stakeholders based on priority
  • Ensure completeness of the Business Requirements Documents from requestors
  • Maintain high quality, accurate documentation of the requirements tracker & status of each requirement - capturing targets and budgets, and challenging actions, results and activities where necessary. 
  • Support the Change management team with the requirements summary for drafting end-user communications, updating user guides & conducting user training where necessary.
  • Manage stakeholders & promptly communicate requirement progress. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between various stakeholder groups ( Procurement teams, Finance Operations, Group Finance IT, General.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of Project Management Experience - global environment
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in MS Office toolset
  • Solid organizational, task management and meeting facilitation skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Sourcing, Procurement and Contract Management Processes
