We are looking for an experienced recruiter to recruit technical manpower to ALL NRG/ Swire Energy Services. We offer you a challenging position with an opportunity to influence the daily operation of our projects all over Europe. You will be a part of the Manpower Services Team and work in close collaboration with our headquarters in Denmark and our offices in Poland and in the UK. Ideally this position will be based in our office in Bydgoszcz, but remote work is also an option. We are now no longer named ALL NRG, we are now known as Swire Energy Services. Your responsibilities

You will work closely with your colleagues in the Resources Team as well as with Project Managers and Resource Planners in terms of coordinating people resources. Your overall responsibility is to ensure a steady pipeline of required and competent resources for our extensive pool of highly skilled technicians to meet our customers’ business requirements.

Your tasks will include:

• Recruitment and screening of candidates
• Registration and maintenance of relevant candidates
• Update and maintenance of resource database
• Building a global database of wind turbine technicians and candidates
• Maintain agreements with sub-suppliers on recruitment
• Assist in developing recruitment/sourcing strategy
• Ad hoc administrative tasks
• Posting job advertisements
• Active sourcing of candidates through various channels

Qualifications/Profile

You have experience from a similar position and ideally from the wind industry. Your educational level is expected to be at bachelor level. You are fluent in English and have flair for IT, in particular MS Office package. You have experience with recruitment via LinkedIn. You have solid communication and interpersonal skills and are a good networker. Technical background or understanding of technical skills will be advantageous.
