your tasks

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, releasing offers) for IT positions, mainly PHP Developers.
• Actively and independently searching for candidates both in the local and international markets.
• Implement the best sourcing strategies using different channels (social media, LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, etc)
• Guiding candidates through the sourcing process.
• Cooperation with other entities (internal HR, hiring managers) in the field of recruitment and employment
• Keeping database up-to-date
• Reporting on progress

what we expect

• 2+ years of experience in running IT recruitment projects. 
• Ability to build long-term relations with candidates and using different sources of contact
• Wide knowledge of IT technologies
• Very good communication skills
• Advanced command of English, enabling communication on a daily basis
• Implementation of recruitment projects with the highest level of Candidate Experience
