Your field of responsibility

This role reports into the Global Centralized Services Team Lead based in Wroclaw

As a key member of the Experienced & Campus Recruitment team, you will provide vital administrative support to the global recruiters and hiring managers:

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as:

  • Efficient interview scheduling, liaising with candidates and hiring managers / interviewers so that it builds positive experiences for both Candidates and Hiring teams
  • Ensuring high quality job postings are used in accordance with Credit Suisse’s Conduct & Ethics Standards
  • Establishing a warm relationship with all parties and working as a strong intermediary between candidates, recruiters and interviewers
  • Building and maintaining outstanding working positive relationships between all involved parties – ensuring regular communication and updates are provided
  • Keeping all parties informed on progress and raising any queries / issues swiftly and appropriately

You are expected to possess the below:

  • A proven MS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal ability – both verbal & written and ability to work with different levels of seniority.
  • Excellent team spirit, service oriented, organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • A positive process driven attitude and a can-do approach with interest in achieving excellence.
