Coupa Functional Administrator

your tasks

• responsible for a full understanding of the Coupa Platform functionality and related platform
• COUPA application administrator including: monitor control reports, data analysis, assist with creation of queries and reports
• solve procurement data issues related to PO issuance problems and inform the Regional Category Manager
• support team in solving integrations failures due to poor data quality
• support transactional issues related to poor data quality (f.i. cancel PO, recycle PO, perform GR, etc.)
• cooperate Dispute Analysts on fixing root cause issues on Coupa that are resulting on invoice blocks

what we expect

• experience working with eProcurement tools, preference in COUPA, with strong business background
• Procure-to-Pay operational experience
• strong relationship management skills
• advance verbal / written English communications skills
• Bachelors degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or Engineering. MBA preferred
