Demand Fulfillment Analyst & Co-packing Planner

• Collaborate with Supply Planning and perform tasks related to creating dependent Demands calculation on time
• Be responsible for the weekly creation and execution monitoring of production capacity plans for Co-packed goods
• Highlight production planning issues and propose-initiate immediate action to secure business continuity & customer service availability
• Work with Co-packers to understand conformance to plan and capacities, liaise with Co-packers on inbound transport to direct stock to appropriate location
• Develop strong linkage with Co-packers & Hub Planners and ensure the plants are following latest supply plans with appropriate labour and technical resource through regular working sessions

• Previous experience in the Supply/Demand Planning or other Logistics role, ideally in an FMCG environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan
• Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
• Fluent English
• SAP / APO / Excel will be an additional asset
