Inside Sales Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new customers especially focusing on new portfolio and new sales channels.
  • Analyzing recipients of company’s products and maintaining a database in the given territory.
  • Conveying new potential customers to Sales Mangers for further service.
  • Preparing sales analyzes and supporting the implementation of sales projects.
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Preparing quotations based on company standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing and supply chain team to complete tasks.

Candidate Profile:

  • Sales / Customer service experience required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in sales analysis.
  • University degree in business, marketing, economics, management or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal and results oriented approach to work
  • Experience using CRM/Salesforce software is welcomed.
