About the role:

For our production plant located near Grójec we are looking for candidates on the position of:
Specialist in Local Production Performance depart.
In this position you will take part and coordinate the process of defining production parameters in close cooperation with production department and control actual results achieved during production process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take active part and coordinate the budget process of production department,
• Define production parameters in the system in terms of quality and time,
• Analyze and report Key Performance Indicators for production department,
• Identify gaps and suggest improvement of inefficiency in the production process,
• Take part in the new project estimation,
• Support the monthly closure process,
• Conduct additional analysis required by a supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in economics or technical university,
• Experience in similar position in a production plant will be an asset (production controlling / planning function),
• Excellent analytical skills,
• Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies,
• Ability to work independently under general supervision,
• Good communication and collaboration skills,
• Very good English & Polish command,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, in particular Excel,
• Occasional travel may be required.
