Account Receivable Specialist

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Manage accounts receivable and collections for a group of customers
• Monitor customer account balances
• Resolve skipped or short-paid invoices
• Apply payments to customer accounts
• Complete a daily cash report
• Additional duties assigned by the AR/Credit manager

Candidate requirements:

• Fluent in English (everyday contacts with international team/clients)
• AR and collections experience will be of added advantage
• A degree in finance or finance related field preferred  
• Accurate data entry skills
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, and accounting software
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent time management skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks
