Executive Data & Analytics Business Partner

Your role:

• Discuss and develop “BI roadmap” with each function, prepare “guided self-discovery”, and consult on resourcing plan (dedicated vs. shared resource, headcount vs. outsource)
• Drive use of data and tools, provide support and coaching. Make key data / KPIs / reports available
• Create local relationship with CS functions and other divisions data teams
• Lead local D&A activities as we grow in Krakow
• Deploy technology in European plants
• Build and provide training
• Develop or co-develop Qlik Sense applications

Requirements:

• MSC degree in technical faculty
• Experience in business project
• Deep experience in at least one BI system, ideally Qlik, otherwise Tableau or PowerBI
• Data architecture background, needs to be able to manipulate data
• Curious
• Strong communicator with any stakeholder (shop floor to senior level)
• SQL expertise
• 5 or more years of experience
