Who we're looking for
We are looking for a forward-thinking HR professional who believes that HR activities add great value to business and is willing to work closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders to achieve impact that matters to our people. Thus, you should have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition area and human resources management
- Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for junior roles and coordinating EB campaigns addressed to students
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail,
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships,
- Ability to learn and implement new solutions related to HR,
- Fluency in written and verbal Polish and English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
- Good understanding of Financial Advisory and M&A Market – will be an advantage.
Your future role
Junior HR Specialist in Financial Advisory at Deloitte plays a vital role in all processes and systems tailored to assure the best professional and personal journeys for our employees and helps align people strategies with current and future business needs.
Foremost you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes for interns and junior positions in Financial Advisory (sourcing and screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick offs and debrief sessions, negotiating offers, managing offer approval process, extending offers and rejecting candidates),
- Supporting central Talent Team in developing Employer Branding strategy and coordinating EB actions dedicated to students,
- Continuously building and strengthening relationhips with internal stakeholders and business leaders,
- Managing ongoing administrative tasks and supporting ad-hoc requests from business representatives and HR Managers,
- Participating in activities undertaken to improve HR processes and internal communication.
