Sales Executive
Currently we are looking for Sales Executive in our Warsaw office.
Your key responsibilities will include developing new businesses in line with sales strategy and to consistently achieve sales targets. You will achieve this by identifying, visiting and developing new markets as well as responding to leads and inquiries generated by marketing and internal sales support tools. You will manage the customer relationship throughout the selling process and manage the customer's expectations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling an integrated end-to-end solution to manage excess inventory across retail sector
- Effective service of the existing customer base
- Acquiring new customers
- Building long-term relationships with the client
- Active search for new customers
- Ongoing monitoring of incoming queries
- Effective negotiations aimed at maximizing profit and sales
- Control of ongoing material deliveries
- Maintaining after-sales documentation
- Coordination of shipments
- Managing and updating sales databases and systems for order fulfillment
- Close cooperation with the warehouse and production
- Providing feedback from customers to the purchasing and marketing department

Skills & Experience:
- Fluent English
- Additional foreign language (i.e.Spanish, French, Italian, Russian) will be a great plus!
- Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in trade, economy, management)
- 3+ years experience in customer service and sales (preferably in fashion industry)
- Very good MsExcel skills
- Good operating knowledge of Office365
- Daily operating on CRM system
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to travel
