Sales Engineer With French

Responsibilities:

  • cooperate with French-speaking clients to ensure the implementation of the company's sales strategy,
  • interact with customer through phone or email, answering and troubleshooting technical problems as needed,
  • establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with clients and drive continued value of products and services,
  • prepare commercial and technical offers,
  • review all orders for accuracy and product compatibility,
  • lead tracking of data from product questions and issues.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • experience in a customer-facing role, technical sales preferred,
  • higher technical education in engineering discipline,
  • fluent in French (written and spoken), advanced English,
  • good problem solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction,
  • strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills,
  • self-motivated, results oriented, and a willingness to be a part of a team,
  • ability to multitask with high attention to details.
